The nozzle has the task of feeding finely atomised diesel fuel into the combustion chamber. In this way an ignitable air-fuel mixture is formed.
The injectors are high quality, high-tech products made of expensive materials! For this reason used injectors do not end up in the scrap press, but are returned to the factory where they are processed to OEM standards and fitted with new seals and a new nozzle. In this way, with each BERU replacement injector you have the security of installing 100% quality, save yourself time consuming replacement and adjustment of the nozzle and thus time and money.

Our Tip
From 80,000 km (50,000 miles), you should have your vehicle checked every 15,000 km (10,000 miles) for the correct function of the nozzle and the nozzle holder. Increased fuel consumption, loss of performance, knocking and increased noise point to a defective nozzle.
