BERU Ignition Parts — For a Reliable Ignition Process

High voltage, temperatures up to 250 °C, vibration, salt water, petrol, oil, road dust, cleaners ... these are only a few of the demands to which ignition parts are subjected daily. For this reason the following also applies here: no compromises. Decide for BERU ignition parts, manufactured to OEM quality — and interference suppressed to manufacturer's requirements.

The Ignition Chain

  1. Ignition coil
  2. Ignition coil connector
  3. Distributor connector
  4. Ignition cable
  5. Distributor cap
  6. Spark plug connector
  7. Spark plug
  8. Contact set
  9. Distributor Rotor
  10. Ignition module

The complete ignition chain — from the ignition coil in which approx. 40,000 Volts are generated, the spark is fed through the ignition coil connector, the ignition cable and the distributor to the distributor cap, and thus to the distributor rotor. Via ignition cable and spark plug connector, the high voltage is then fed to the individual spark plugs. To ensure correct high voltage transmission, extremely reliable ignition parts are required!
