Protecting your data is our concern

We are delighted to learn of your interest in our company and our products and services, and during your visit to our website we want you to feel secure in the knowledge that your personal data is being protected, because we take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

We want you to know when we request data, what data we need, and how we use it. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that both we and our external service providers obey the data protection regulations.

Personal data

Personal data means information relating to your personal identity. This includes your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. You do not need to divulge personal information in order to use our website. However in some cases we need your name and address so that we can provide the services you require.

The same applies if, for example, you want us to send you information and goods that you have ordered, or in order to answer individual queries. Where this is necessary we draw your attention to this need where relevant. Moreover, we only store and process data that you have given to us voluntarily or automatically.

In cases where you request services from us, we generally request only the data that we need in order to provide the services. Any additional data that we may request is considered as having been given voluntarily. We process personal data only in order to carry out the service you have requested, and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests.

Purpose of personal data

In general, we use the personal data that you provide in order to answer your queries, process your orders, or to allow you access to certain information or offers. In order to maintain our customer relationships, it may also be necessary for us or for a service provider appointed by us to use this personal data in order to keep you informed of product offers, which may be useful for your business, or to carry out on-line surveys so that we can better deal with the tasks and requests made by our customers.

Of course we respect your wishes if you do not wish us to use your personal data in order to support our customer relationship activities (in particular for direct marketing or market research purposes). We will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.

Use for a specific purpose

We will request, process and use the data that you make available to us online only for the purposes stated to you. We do not pass your personal data to third parties without your express agreement.
