BERU employs people with varying cultural and personal backgrounds on three continents. It is therefore especially important for us to establish a uniform approach worldwide, and to make it clear who we are and how we behave. But also our customers, suppliers and shareholders are increasingly interested in the future compatibility and sustainability of our business activities, as well as in our focus on clearly defined principles. We therefore regard a system of corporate governance linked to defined values as an essential condition for the success of our Company.
Our principles demonstrate how we organize our behavior and actions within the framework of a transparent and responsible corporate policy. They serve us as binding guidelines wherever we do business.
We take these principles very seriously and stand wholeheartedly behind them. We are convinced that they generally strengthen our position. We also regard our identity, reputation, transparency and commitment as resources that are applied in order to be successful.
