Annual Document for financial year 2006
In accordance with Section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), companies listed on a German stock exchange are required to list all disclosures made in fulfillment of legislation applicable to companies and capital markets in a document known as the "Annual Document", which is to be made available to the general public at least once a year.
