BERU Systems develops innovative Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) cabin heaters in close cooperation with the automotive industry and manufacturers of climate control systems. Modern fuel-efficient engines offer improved efficiency and dissipate less waste heat to the cooling system. As a consequence, at low outside temperature these engines do not provide the desired amount of heat quickly. The High-Voltage PTC cabin heater keeps vehicle interiors comfortably warm, and provides a clear windscreen in winter within just 60 seconds even for electric and hybrid-electric vehicles.
Smart Sensor Technology
BERU Systems new High Temperature Sensors (HTS) for applications in diesel particle filters, oxidation catalytic converters, SCR systems, NOx storage cats and turbo chargers provide stability, and structural versatility in a measuring range of minus 40 to plus 950 degrees Celsius.
